Our intent is for each customer’s satisfaction. Returns and refunds are limited to the following situations:
1. Services received cannot be refunded
Each stylist has their own policy to adjust any service you receive. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please contact your stylist prior to returning to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service.
2. Refunds of products will only be considered if presented within 7 days of purchase. Products can only be refunded if unused and in its original packaging. If product is opened or used it is possible that a restocking fee will be charged. Refunds can only be processed with receipt.
3. No refunds are given for gift card orders.
4. Gift card orders are not exchangeable.
Scheduling and Cancellations
All of our appointments are scheduled online. If you have any questions or concerns when booking, you may call us at 803.869.4691 or email us at LeBonTempsBoutique@gmail.com for a quicker response. If you need to cancel your appointment, please use the online booking tools for cancellation policies or contact your stylist though their method of contact. We ask that you please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
