Masks are no longer required. We will provide a disposable mask at your request. We would like everyone to be at their comfort level throughout their visit. With that being said, we still ask that if you are not feeling well that you cancel within the policies of the stylist you are seeing. Please reference their individual policies given at booking.
💚 All guests must sanitize their hands upon entering the salon.
Safety and sanitation have always been apart of our daily operations in the salon. This is us taking extra measures to ensure everyone’s safety.
💛 No additional guests in the salon while being serviced.
It is our goal to minimize unnecessary contact while in the salon for your safety and ours. This includes children and childcare should be arranged if you wish to be serviced. The only exception will be made when a child is being serviced and will be booked accordingly.
💜 All visits to the salon will be pre-planned.
Please make arrangements pick up online purchases of products during scheduled times. We will not be accepting walk-in visits for appointments or product purchases without prior arrangements.
💚 Belongings should be kept to a minimum.
You will be allowed 1 bag/purse at your appointment. We ask that while you are receiving services, please minimize movements and surfaces touched.
💛 Electronic payments are preferred.
Cash is accepted for services, products, or tip yet we prefer electronic payment as to reduce cash handling.
💜 Salon doors are locked at all times
Please note that we keep our doors locked at all times for the safety of our stylists and guests. The salon opens at 9am, no earlier. as we are preparing for you. If you prefer to be early to your appointment throughout the day, please ring the doorbell for service. We have a waiting area with drinks and snacks while you wait.

We like to ensure everyone is on the same page when visiting. We understand that anytime we are within close proximity (less than 6ft) of my service provider or any other person, we could have an elevated risk of contracting any illness should it be present. We ask that if you are indeed not feeling well, or know you are ill, you will cancel your appointment according to your stylists cancellation policies. If your appointment is being cancelled due to symptoms of COVID-19, no fee will be due. Please note we will not be able to book you or accept any further appointments for at least 14 days from the diagnosis/testing date.
